Nike | Nolan Ryan

The Nolan Ryan Building creates the western edge to the campus plan, cradling the lake edge and providing containment and privacy. The building plays a key role in completing and containing the lake, and is connected to the first phase through an extension of the covered arcade. It provides space for 650 employees in flexible office space that allows for Nike’s continued growth and never-ending change. The four-story, 225,000 s.f. building is home for Nike’s apparel design divisions, as well as international administration. Clad in white precast concrete and blue-green glass, the building expresses a strong tension, yet speaks to simplicity and elegance.
