Nike | Rogue
Part of the Nike Annex, the Rogue is an off-campus building housing the Nike golf division, accessible to the World Headquarters via shuttle bus. TVA’s challenge was to transform a former technology building, disconnected from the main campus, into a contemporary work space reflective of Nike’s corporate culture. The design called for gutting the interior of the three-level, 120,000 square foot building and creating a series of workstations in Nike’s familiar “neighborhood” style. Improvements included a café/break area and bar with espresso-makers, conference rooms, offices and support spaces, copy rooms and a kitchen. TVA’s interior work encompassed color schemes, casework, and built-in cabinets – all emulating the look and feel of the main campus. Recycling ceiling tile and carpet from the existing building contributed to the project’s sustainability measures.
