Evo Tower
A visionary effort to provide high-density, sustainable living options to urban dwellers in downtown LA.
Part of the first, new ground-up residential development in downtown Los Angeles after close to 20 years, the EVO Tower is located in the heart of the vibrant L.A. Live Entertainment District. The project incorporates eco-materials, environmentally responsible construction techniques, and a thoughtful approach to neighborhood growth and planning. Evo is the first high-rise residence in downtown Los Angeles to be certified LEED Silver and is became a model for other developers to follow.
The 24-story tower contains 311 condominiums and 5, two-story ground level townhouses. An expansive sixth floor sun deck, which features an open-air pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen, lounge seating, and lush landscaping, highlights the holistic approach to sustainable living and quality of life. A fireplace overlooking the skyline and a state of the art fitness studio with glass walls towards the horizon, provide a luxe residential experience. The design activated ground level retail and supported pedestrian access as a way to bring vitality to the streets and highlight the unique characteristics of the South Park neighborhood.
