As TVA’s Director of Higher Education, Gregg leads the firm’s academic market sector, specializing in creating hands-on learning environments that foster innovation and collaboration. Throughout his career, Gregg has guided teams through complex, stakeholder-driven projects, emphasizing clear communication, trust, and adaptability to achieve successful outcomes.

A passionate advocate for student-centered design, Gregg has contributed to primary research on the topic and authored multiple papers exploring effective educational environments. He is an active member of SCUP, where he has served in leadership roles and presented at regional and national conferences. Outside of TVA, Gregg is an avid cyclist, occasional hiker, and an aspiring skier.
